Welcome to our web page.  As you browse through the pages, we hope that you find a trip or several trips that interest you.  Senior Adventures, Inc. was established in 2000 and is designed to provide low-cost, yet quality Group Day Trips, Multi-day Trips.  Although the trips are usually designed around the life-styles of our core clients, Senior Citizens, our trips are available to everyone of all ages. Pauline Phelps, President has been in the travel business for over 30 years.  She was the Manager of the Travel and Events Department for Bausch & Lomb in Rochester, NY for 23 years.  There she was responsible for managing 12 travel coordinators and 3 event planners.  She was responsible for several group events, including the hospitality programs for the 1992 Olympic Games in Albertville & Barcelona, the 1994 Olympic Games in Lillihammer, Norway and the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.  She managed the hospitality program for the Bausch & Lomb Championships, a women's professional tennis competition at Amelia Island Plantation for over 15 years.  Pauline offers a tremendous amount of group travel experience. Lily Rutherford, Vice-President is the former co-owner of Rutherford's Country Store in Lady Lake, Florida. Prior to coming to Florida, Lily owned and operated a travel agency in Silver Springs, NY (close to Rochester, NY).

We utilize only newer, well-equipped deluxe motor coaches.  The coaches will have a rest room, DVD player, color monitors and in most cases free onboard WiFi.  The drivers are trained and insured. As of May 1, 2024 we offer two different pickup locations: Recreation Plantation, 609 Highway 466, Lady Lake, FL.  Located at the intersection of 466 and Rolling Acres Road.  Across the street from the American Legion.   Holiday RV Village, 28229 County Road 33, Leesburg, FL 34748 Complimentary overnight parking is available for our multi-day trips.  Please be aware that neither Senior Adventures, Recreation Plantation or Holiday RV Village will be held responsbile for any damage or theft that could unlikely occur to your vehicle.  Please ask us about special pickups for groups and group leader incentives. Policy and Procedures To make a reservation call our office at 352-753-5404. Office Hours:  Monday-Friday 8am-4pm    Payments Day Trips & Multi-Day Trips - we must receive payment within 7 days of making the reservation.  The prices shown represent a discount for cash, check payments and debit cards. Call us for the credit card price. We do not accept American Express! Cancellation Policies Day Trips - most of our day trips are non-refundable. If a trip is non-refundable, and we have a waiting list, we will certainly try to sell your ticket for you and then you would receive a refund. Multi-Day Trips - cancellation penalties apply to our multi-day trips.  Trip insurance is available and strongly suggested. Insurances and Licenses Senior Adventures has liabilty insurance, in addition, the bus company is totally insured and all of the venues. Senior Adventures has a Florida State Seller of Travel License.  In the state of Florida, a Seller of Travel License is mandatory. This license requires a bond and it is established to protect the consumer. Senior Adventures has all of the Occupational and Business Licenses required. Florida Seller of Travel License#: 34252 Our office is a "Home Office".  The occupational licenses state that with a "Home Office" cliental may not visit the office and there can be no visable signage.  That is why we do everything over the internet, by telephone and by mail.
